Webshops
Most of our client brands have websites with a shop page or an e-commerce website where they sell their products.
We manage and fulfil from your website, plugging the ‘back end’ of your site into our logistics software solution, Linnworks (and if you haven’t got a webshop, we can build that for you, with a choice of platforms, for example Shopify, WooCommerce or Blue Park, and manage the site for you, if required)
We can also list your products on our own ‘Good Food Company’ e-commerce webshop, as a re-seller to drive further awareness and sales for you.
Our webshop service is end-to-end, so we warehouse your products, order process, pick and pack, distribute D2C, and manage all the customer service transactions including returns between you and the end consumer.
For order fulfilment, we pick and pack in our own warehouse with our own team, all within 24 hours of order. We can pack any size, including glass, using environmentally-friendly packing materials and we brand packing slips to each client partner. We can bundle products, add leaflets and other promotional materials, in fact be as flexible as you need us to be. We deliver to the whole of the UK and use a combination of Royal Mail, Hermes and Yodel as delivery partners.
We work with you as a partner, ensuring we are joined-up with you in your on-line ambitions, and through our account management teams providing analytics and reporting on a monthly basis.
